XBank and the XBank Browser

XBank is a simple tree-based merger of PropBank, NomBank, Discourse TreeBank, MPQA and TimeBank annotations. Merger uses the Penn TreeBank phrase structure as the point of departure and finds a landing spot in the tree for each markable from PropBank, NomBank, Discourse TreeBank, MPQA and TimeBank. The landing spot is always a single token, usually the head of the markable. Non-markables are not attached to the tree but are all added to the end of the document. Some tag counts are available.

The XBank browser is in essence a set of style sheets on top of the merged data. In addition, for TimeML's link tags, some javascript code is attached that shows arrows connecting events and timexes when these events and timexes are clicked.
